My stomach is my worst feature and the hardest one to tone. Now, I have a good workout plan, but what else can I do to tone it? Could I do tons of crunches everyday on top of my strength training plan without slowing down my weight loss? Or will this just increase it and make it easier? Also, I plan to wake up every morning around 7 or 7:30. I have to be @ work by 10:30 and some days 5:30 (so on the 5:30 days, I will be getting up around 4 or 3:30 on the days I have to run. My question is: Is getting up, for example, on the 7:00 days, and eating my bfast which is special k w/ soy milk, half a banana and half a bagel, then running for an hour, good for me? Am I doing this right? And on the days where I do strength training which usually takes 30-45 min, then eating the same bfast after good? Wondering if I'm doing this right.
