I like Stewart he's a good driver.  He's got an attitude most of the time but he's learning to keep it in check.  He's fun to watch on and off of the track and he can drive anything you give him!!

I didn't like him for a long time, but over the last couple years I'm warming up to him.

I like an aggressive driver, but his aggression off the track rubbed me the wrong way for a while. He has calmed down considerably, and he is an awesome driver.

I like his passion to win, and the fact that he can drive anything with wheels on it.

Yes I am. I am a huge Tony fan. I love everything about him. The fact he can win races, make chases and win championships. What more could you want from a guy!!!!!!!!!!

YES!  Because he's an awesome driver, because he's versatile, because he plays hurt, because he plays the mental game better than most anyone on the track, because he's hilarious, because his face is as easy to read as a book, because he's emotional and intelligent, and because he's so danged cute!

I like the fact that he's involved with dirt racing and a lot of charitable work and he's really helped the dirt track racing scene, and many other forms of racing. When he came along in 1999 I didn't really know much about him but I immediately liked him. Since then it's been kind of a love him/hate him thing. I think sometimes he makes stupid comments after the race and whines sometimes...but then I try to think about all the good things he does and how he makes the sport a bit more entertaining. So some days I like him, and other days I'm thinking...why did he just do that!

I LOVE Tony Stewart!!

Reasons:

1. He's a great driver! Doesn't step on his  wee-wee like other drivers.

2. He's big on charity work. I love celebrities and sports figures that "give back".

3. He does not care what people think--if he thinks something is wrong, he's not afraid to voice his opinion!!

4. Tony owns Tony...Nascar doesn't own him or have him on strings like other drivers.

And my 5th and final reason for loving TS is:

he is soooooo hot!

absolutely yes! Because he is a great racecar driver. He has won  the championships to prove it. And I'm not talking just about Nascar, tony, unlike many others has won championships in other racing series. He is just awesome. Sucks he got wrecked on lap 3, but he stayed with it and got the best finish he could.

All of you people just talking about his weight are morons. Weight has nothing to do with how he races. He is just good, at least come up with GOOD reasons why not to like someone, not just to be rude or discriminate against someone who is putting on weight. Personally I dont like jr because he cant drive, who goes 2 years without a win, a driver that sucks thats who, and in all of his interviews he sounds like an uneducated hick, all he says is umm yeah, his interviews are torture they take like 10 minutes to answer just a few questions. Yes, I am a fan of Tony.  I've known him a coupple of years now.  I think people call him a whiner because they can't figure out what or how to do what Tony's done.  Has Jeff or Jimmie won titles in every class of racing he's been in?  Don't think so.  Tony's a great guy, and so what if he's got a big mouth.  That's what makes him interesting.

I am not a Tony Stewart fan cause when he complains after a race his fans say he is speaking up for himself but if another driver says anything, the are called whiners & cry babies.  What's the difference?  I see no difference.  Also Tony may want to cut back on the Twinkies & Ho-Hos, if not, he may not fit through the side car window much longer

hmmm I am both ways on this one. I mean I like him, he truly is a great driver but Toyota put Tony down the drain, I mean he did so good in GM cars and now he isn't doing so great. I think he should go to Haas in Chevy, he can do great things

I really couldn't stand him in previous years. I think it's because he always inserted his foot into his mouth when he spoke. He has seemed relaxed this year, and except for the Good Year tire issue hasn't caused much controversy with his comments. By the way, I think he was dead on with that issue, and glad he spoke up the way he did.

He started drawing my interest this year instead of totally turning me off. I have done some reading up on him, and was amazed how charitable he is.

Might not be long and I will be cheering loudly for the guy.
