has anyone tried it!? does it really work? and is it work the 100 bucks?

A word of caution if you decide on purchasing this....be sure to get the 10 minute deluxe version NOT the plain vanilla 10 Minute trainer set with just 2 DVDs for $39.99.  That product is NOT worth $80 for the amount of workouts you get. I ordered it and returned it when I viewed the included items.  I wish I had purchased the 10 Minute Trainer Deluxe set instead which has 8 workouts and for the same price as the deluxe with 8 workouts.
