Heyy im really self concious about my thight.... how can i lose weight on them without bulking them up with muscle? I feel terribleeee in skinny jeans because they are so chunky :|:|

  1. first off, your legs look great.

    second, if you want to make them thinner, cadio exercise is the answer.

    You won't get chunky if you dont do weights.  You can tone them by doing lots of walking, or cyling.  Make sure there is light resistance.  If you have too much resistance, you will build muscle.  You just want to burn off the fat.

    3. watch what you eat.  avoid meats, chicken skin, etc. dont eat too much.  if you start to loose weight, you'll know you are eating too little, but if your weight does not change, you are probably eating too much still.

    If you lost weight, that would be very unhealthy for you.

    It's just your body size. Only itsy bitsy tiny girls have stick legs.

    Your legs are normal for your size. I'm the same way. There's not really a bad thing.

    You could also have dead looking legs.

    I suffer from eczema, so I have all these rashes and scars on my legs.

    I mean, a workout is always good for the body. Just don't concentrate on it too much if you don't need to get any skinnier.

  6. these look like my legs. ive tried everything. and when i run and stuff its the same. or they just bulk up. blah. ive lost some fat on my thys by eating less fatty things you know like chips and candy. it kinda helped. maybe water. because water did somewhat the trick too.

  13. You know they aren't fat.  If you lose any weight in your legs it will look horrible, scary skinny and not attractive.  Truly if you really think your legs are fat, just work on toning with pilates.

  15. those arent fat! my girlfriend has bigger legs (mostly quads) cause shes a track and soccer athlete...but to tell you the truth i think they're really s**y.

  17. Come on now, you honestly think you're fat??? Gimme a break, there are people way worse out there as far as needing to get into shape. I know how it is to be self conscience but when you have everyone telling you that you are not fat that should make you feel good, plus it's the truth, you are in know way, fat. I would kill to have those legs! Probably like many others on here would. Look, you are not fat, just work on your self esteem issues.
