Too early for pregnancy symptoms?

I just had ivf. I am currently 4 days past a 3 day transfer. As of last night I started having extremely sore b*****s. They are aching, burning, tingling and getting little shooting pains. Earlier today my husband saw me changing and said "Oh my god your b*****s are huge! I mean you really have some big b***s all of a sudden". Considering that I am a B cup typically this was quite a surprise. I am injecting progesterone in oil and suspect that this might be the culprit. Any ideas?

Yeah.. pregnancy causes your b*****s to swell up.. thus they actually look much bigger.. but not to worry, the swellings will come down once you give birth...

I Knew I was pg the night we conceived.  I had heartburn, which I only get when I am pg.  It took two weeks for a test to come up positive, but I knew!
