Too hot!!!?

Question

i have the windows open in my bedroom and i have had the fan on for 7 hours and yet it is 27 degrees celcius in there.

how can i cool it down because i will not sleep tonight?!

i knw wht u mean! i still am awaiting i gd night sleep when its hot,, i just get restless and eventually fall asleep sorry no advice :(

I know its annoynig!!!

If you have a fan they sometiems work but Im a light sleeper so it wakes me up lol...

I know how you feel, me & my man have the same problem, sleeping is a nightmare in this heat, ive been going to bed wearing nothing but my underpants and lying on top of the covers & still im too hot, if you find a solution let me know.

Go sit outside turn lights off, have no cover, eat some ice whatever lol.

Get into a nice warm bath - seriously.

It will raise your body temperature and when you get out, the bedroom will feel cooler in comparison and the drop in bodt temp will make you ssleepy - hopefully you'll feel cool and sleepy long enought o fall asleep.

You're doing the best you can, I'm afraid - there's not much else you can do! Take a moment to feel for my poor little boy (9 months old) - our WHOLE FLAT is 30 degrees with fans and windows open. Needless to say he's naked except for nappy with a fan practically on him, poor mite.

I live on the coast in Spain and yesterday night was burning. There was nothing for it, it  was cold shower time, cold drink and the airbed on the balcony. AAAAAHHHHH. b-cool

There isn't much you can do. Drink lots of water and hope for the best.

Maybe you could rent a portable air-conditioner for the coming weeks...

I have just returned from the USA where it was much hotter and made worse by high humidity.  There was no air conditioning in my bedroom and I had a fan blowing directly on to me all night.  It helped a great deal.  

Now I am back home in the UK,  I have the air conditioning on while I play on the computer so am wonderfully comfortable.  The bedroom is also nice and cool as the AC is on up there as well.  

So, the answer is .... get AC installed.
