  1. you can walk out at any time even at the point the dealer gives you the key (i did not see that dent there the other day).

& any money you've handed over by law has to be given back.

  2. You can walk away anytime but will lose your deposit. He will always say you cant because he wants the sale commision.

Never believe a used car salesman.

  3. If you opt out, you probably won't see your £100 again, but if you've decided the car's a disaster area, you've still probably saved yourself ££hundreds!

    Chalk it up to experience!

  4. They will probably let you drop out.

but legally, they don't have to.

the finance agreement is seperate to you buyng a car.

you have answered it yourself really, you've SIGNED.

  5. You can probably opt out at anytime, but you might not see your 100 quid again

  6. If you have not signed any finance contract yet then you can still walk away, you will lose you deposit and the dealer will try to tell you that you are behold-in to the proposal but its not true. until you have the new car and everything is signed and done with you can always walk away.
