Too late to start studying?

Is it too late for me to start studying for the PCAT in August It is August 23rd. I plan to study 2 hrs a night on weeknights and 3-4 Saturdays. On Sundays, I will only study 1 hr, as it will be my "break day". Is this too late for this type of studying or will this be plenty of time. I only studied 4 hours for the ACT and made a 30.

Should be enough, but get to it!

Trying to "cram" for this type of test doesnt really help.  It is based on your cumulative knowledge gained over many years.

Besides, if you got a 30 on the ACT sounds like you are pretty smart already (what is that....the 98 percentile?).  Use your time to relax and keep your head clear, which should be more helpful than worrying and trying to cram.
