Question:

Too many face products?

I have a few pimples ( like...3?) on my forehead, a couple on my cheek and a lot on my nose. They're tiny and red and blunt and SO annoying! And my skin is naturally a litttle oily.

So i use Clean&Clear continuous control acne cleanser, then neutrogena deep clean invigorating daily cleanser, and then neutrogena rapid clear treatment pads. I've been doing this once or twice daily for a few days now. And i'm going to start to do an avacado and oatmeal clay mask about twice a week. Will my eventually skin clear up, or am I using too much?

Is it even acne I'm dealing with?

Any suggestions for different daily cleansers and acne control cleansers/lotions/pads/ ect. that would help?

  1. I'd cut down. All those products can seriously dry out your skin.

Pick one, use it as directed, and hope for the best. If your skin stays the same, usually a dermatologist can prescribe something for acne.

Make sure you're using sunscreen too! Active ingredients in acne washes make your face more sensitive.

  2. Hi... To my knowledge Clean & Clear products even though controls oil production but it in another way dries up your skin. You should have use only a brand range of products without mixing it with other products together. Because sometimes using 2 or many different types of products does not help but cause more harm to your skin. You should use products that are oil-free so that your skin wouldn't produce more oil. You can try my range of products in my blog website given together with my answer. It's 100% natural and is suitable for all skin types.

  3. Cut it down to washing your face only every morning and night and only once. I use the Oil Free Acne Cleanser with Microclear Technology by Neutrogena. It's in an Orange bottle and is about 8$ at Target or Walmart when I last bought  it. Make sure it says "With Microclear Technology" on it. And always moisturize your skin if it feels tight. I use the Soft Day Moisturizer with SPF 15 by Clean and Clear, I think it's 7$ at Target, but I don't remember. It's not over 10$, though.

    Good Luck!!!!
