  1. Man alive, this will get me started!! I am about to have my first child and get sod all. I work 50+ hours to pay the bills whilst someone i know has just had their forth child..........................for a bigger council house. Not to mention getting free driving lessons/test/car to cart them all around in. 'Her' new house has a double garage and en suite etc etc etc. How nice of us all.

Never worked a day in her foooooking life!!

Why don't they put a stop to hand outs after the first child?

    Angry angry angry angry!!

  2. fdsfsdf

  3. Look at yourself instead of others.

  4. Yeah its disgraceful. They irresponsibly get pregnant at a young age, probably drunk, then think they're responsible enough to have a kid?? What?

Sorry, thats not aimed at young people who really are capable. I'm talkin about girls at about 15 or 16 who drop out of school with bugger all grades or qualifications and lumber themselves with a kid.

  5. yer i agree house free courses to get a job

  6. The problem is that we (as a nation) are a pushover!

A house up the road from me has...

1 single mother (although there are regular visitors)

    and

    6 kids!

Guess what.........The eldest girl (17) is up the duff....

    and so the cycle continues.....

    Wrong, wrong, wrong!

  7. Agree? Yes and no. I do agree that the state should not be so willing to give endless handouts to those that simply will not support themselves. Anyone can make a mistake but I would be saying to these benefit claimants that any other 'mistakes' will not be supported by the State.....that would stop them having a houseful. I also disagree with them being given housing automatically....there are too many waiting for houses already. Maybe if they were forced to wait like everyone else and had to live at home in the mean time, they would be less inclined to keep adding to their family.

Where I do not agree with your statement is over the age issue. Not all young mothers are scroungers, and not all scroungers are young.

I was married at the tender age of 17 and a mum by 18 but my husband and I have always worked and supported our family and not claimed any benefits other than the child benefit everyone gets.

  8. not enough.

  9. Agreed. But it is being used as an argument in support of abortion. In other words, if you don't let me abort, you will have to look after my baby. Talk about avoiding responsibility.

  10. well what are your views on abortion?

Its bloody hard work being a parent.

at least some women dont just abort and they can make the effort to go it alone.

dont judge if you aint in that position.

  11. I really don't want to generalise and stereotype but from my personal experience I would say that I'm more inclined to agree with you even though there are some young mums who do face their responsibilities and quite frankly do an excellent job in bringing up their children without expecting handouts.

I used to go out with a younger guy (big mistake) and then I started to be introduced to his mates and their girlfriends.  They just went round each other's houses and roll up joints

When the guys would play their football I was left with the girlfriends, I would hear them talk about how they want to get pregnant to get a flat/keep their man etc.  By the way this advice was given by a 19 year old mum of two who hasn't worked a day in her life and neither has her partner. I don't see them anymore.  Last I heard of her she is on her third child now.

Another thing they do is get pregnant again when their child has reached that age where they are made to seek work by DWP because they know and I quote "They can't make you work if your child is under whatever age"

  12. Absolutely right. They must or should know people are looking down on themOne thing; all the contraception available now and they're still as ignorant.

Big houses, free driving lessonns?  double garages for having em ??   Disgusting!!!  No wander folk are getting taxed out of their head to pay for em.

They should be guilty i believe in giving myself a chance.Holdin on to youth for as long as poss is worth it.  Makes you a rounded person.

They dont have to have babies atall!!!  Nobodys making them do it!!
