  1. That's a good question because I brush my teeth a lot too. But only if I am at home, I don't if I'm in public or something. Maybe brushing too much/hard wares away enamel... I hope not. I wouldn't brush at school, chew gum or something like that.

  2. You can brush your teeth to much. If you do, you will remove the enamel from your teeth. So just brush three times a day maybe swab so peroxide on your teeth after your brush to help too. I do that and it works great! :) Good Luck

  3. frequent brushing will have no use if it is not done with proper techniques.  overzealous or harsh brushing can cause gum recession.  it is best that you brush your teeth every after taking a main meal.

also, paying close attention to good oral hygiene habits can be of great help in keeping bad bacteria at bay.  be able to make sure that you brush and floss teeth properly after meals. and it is best that you keep the mouth hydrated by drinking adequate amount of water for this can control bad bacteria that dwells in the mouth.

  4. yes its werd to brush your teeth after lunch, only losers and geeks do that

  5. yes it's weird to brush your teeth after lunch

  6. I don't think there is TOO MUCH. But a concern is not brushing TOO HARD, that will receed your gums and thats not good...

and no its not wierd... people might look at you funny but so what? you care about your teeth and you wont smell =)

  7. Hey, I was wondering the same thing. I have a clear retainer in and my othro told me to brush after I eat and clean the retainger. I try to limit my meals though, because I looked it up here on answers and they say to only brush at a maximum of 3 times a day. Don't brush too hard because it will recede the gum and wear out your enamel. I am trying to cut down on the brushing to 3 times a day and rinsing with water....gl on your journey lol
