  1. It all depends on the college that you are going to and the teachers that you have. I took 18 credits my first semester of college, but I didn't have to work so it was more managable. If you have a job while going to school, you are going to be stressed taking that amount.

As far as the classes, I found anthropology fairly easy as well as english. Also, 1 credit courses are usually pretty simple. As far as math goes, it just depends on your skill level, but Math 1 shouldn't be too difficult. I would recommend, if you can, to take a summer course or two so you can graduate faster.

    Good luck!

  2. "Art Appreciation" is traditionally very easy, and you don't indicate that

the math or English courses are advanced placement.  The anthropology

course is probably an introductory survey.  This schedule does not

    seem terribly hard.

  3. Math 1. Is this college level or remedial level Math? Either way is you are good at math then you shouldn't have much of a problem. There is however usually a lot of homework in math classes.

English: There is generally very little homework except a couple of assigned readings and 3-5 essays.

Anthropology: Never taken an Anth. class so I cannot comment.

Art: This is a p**s-take class. Little homework, boring lectures.

Macroeconomics: This is usually a lot of reading and a fair bit of homework.

As for the one credit class, can't be that time consuming.

You have really only got four classes which require any serious work: Math, English and, Macro and Anth. Four classes is usually the normal for college kids.

Art, half the battle is showing up for class.
