Question:

Too much excercise for a 98lb and 23 year old?

I am 98lbs and ride 8 miles on my bike, 45-50min on elliptical and either an hour of circuit training or spinning 4-5 days a week. The other days I work at the hospital where I walk all day, taking the 8 flights of stairs to ensure I get my workout in. I freak when I don't do some sort of workout. What does this mean?

  1. There is never anything wrong with exercising a lot, but just be careful and dont over do it. At 98lbs thats a very, very unhealthy and dangerous weight. Make sure you're eating enough during the day as well. Ask yourself why you exercise so much. Do you do it because you enjoy it or because you feel like you have to? :)

  2. you might have a disorder that makes you have to exercise all the time or you feel unhealthy. maybe you should call a theripist or your doctor

    98 pounds is a very unhealthy weight for someone your age

    unless youre very short (like 5ft or shorter)

  3. Well 98 lbs is pretty skinny. And like depending on your height, it could be really skinny.

    Exercising is fine, but you may be overdoing it a little. I mean maybe it is your hobby, but you really don't need to do it that much. And to gain weight doing that much exercise will be hard, because you are already burning some serious calories.
