I would try using a light brown.. the bottom looks fine.. But for the top I would try getting the inside of your lash.. just as you do the bottom it will bring your eyes out more.. you know that jeely part, it will make your eyes water the first couple of times you do it!

Yeah the line is way too thick. You shouldn't have eyeliner play the role of eyeshadow. Tone it down a little :)

Seeing as you have fair skin, it looks harsh against your complexion. If you like wearing that much eyeliner (which, isn't all that bad compared to some girls I've seen) then I'd suggest for you to use a q-tip to smudge the line so that it doesn't appear as harsh. It'll give you a 'subtle smokey eye' look- I think that will improve the overall appearance of the eyeliner.

It might be a little too much.  Since your skin is so fair, I'd try a lighter color.
