I drank a whole 46 oz bottle of apple juice (Juicy Juice) yesterday....

Should that be ok, or should I limit the juice and drink more water?

  1. you just have to watch your sugars that's all. but its ok, water, juice, milk. Just not bad stuff, beer,coffee...ect not saying you do.

  2. Definitely limit the juice. Even the juices that don't have added sweeteners in them still have loads of natural sugars that aren't good for you or your baby. If you are still craving it, mix 1/2 juice and 1/2 water--that way you still get the taste without overloading on the sugars! But water by itself is definitely a better choice--just remember everything in moderation

  3. You should drink fresh fruitt juıces.Bottled light drinks contain prezervatives like sodium benzoate and they may be harmful for you. What you drank will not affect you.

  4. definitely limit the juice and drink more water.

  5. drink more water apple juice is very high in sugar.  Just because it is natural sugar does not make it okay.

  6. You'll be ok drinking the juice but you definitely want to drink more water overall.  Juicy Juice is not so bad as it is 100% juice, but check the stores to see if you can find something with lowered sugars and salts for your next bender.  LOL!  I wouldn't worry about it though.  It's better to have cravings for apple juice then soda, coffee, alcohol, etc.

  7. drinking a lot of water is better for you but if its what you want, your pregnant you have it hun  xx

  8. I would definitely lay off the sugars for today. Have milk and water instead.

  9. i was told that fruits makes your baby bigger .but it is also good for your baby's skin

  10. Drink more water. There is alot of sugars in bottled juices.
