Too muscular to wear a swim suit, help!!!?

Last night, I was at mall trying on 2 beautiful swim suits, but problem:

• I'm muscular in my thighs, ankles.

• My body type is pear

• and I have little variscoe vein on one ankle

Truthfully, I thought I was unfit to wear a swim suit but decided to tone/reduce muscles in my legs to get slim, toned legs like other girls have. How I get that legs, with exercise and diet?

  1. SWIM.  (Yeah, I know that's stupid 'cause you can't wear a suit but listen)

    I don't mean regular, recreational swimming.  I mean swim laps.  2 years ago, my thighs jiggled like heck.  Now, they are 3x as small!!!

  3. Don't be so self conscious. If you are confident in your suit, you will look better! But if you really want to tone yourself, I would suggest swimming laps and kicking with a board.  It is hard, but it works.

  4. it sounds like your being self concious about yourself. i think a strong physic is s**y on a girl.  however if you want to slim the appearance of you muscles, swimming and yoga would probably work.
