Last night, I was at mall trying on 2 beautiful swim suits, but problem:
• I'm muscular in my thighs, ankles.
• My body type is pear
• and I have little variscoe vein on one ankle
Truthfully, I thought I was unfit to wear a swim suit but decided to tone/reduce muscles in my legs to get slim, toned legs like other girls have. How I get that legs, with exercise and diet?
