Ya know how everyone says after reach a certain age, you're old? Like 40 years. We'll use 50 years as an example. Why is it when you're alive, 50 is old but when you're dead, 50 is too young?? Isn't it a little redundant?

  1. my mums 50 and im 12

  2. Because 50 is a very young age to die at, but at the same time it is a long time to have been alive.  I don't consider 50 old, my mom is going to be 49 in a couple weeks and she doesn't look nor act old at all, even though she is going to be a grandma very soon!  I look at 65-70 as being old, and of course any age above that.

  3. they always say "young" pertaining to death when you died younger than (eh i would say 70) I dont believe 50 is old at all though... My mom is 50 and im only 23.. she doesnt look young, or seem young.. some things are changing for her, but i still think of her as young.  My grandma is 73 and still does everything herself, she doesnt seem old at all. I think society really has their opinions of "old" wrong
