Question:

Too short and skinny..Need help

I'm basically the short bean pole of the family. I'm a male, 5'5 109 pounds and 18 years old.

The problem is i've always had a problem with my eating, as a kid I had iron deficiency which caused my lack of appetite.

Well basically, i'm tired of being able to see my ribcage and being pure bone.

If anyone knows some good workout routines for out of shape people (never been to the gym) or weight GAINING websites that could help me out...that would be awesome.

  1. eat alot of protein .taters. meats . prorien shakes milk juice breads

  3. Ok. I'm 6'7" 295(muscle). What i do is make sure to eat a lot of protein. How you consume it varies(meat, protein shake, etc.) Don't ever do steroids either just to get bigger. Also eat til' you completely full. You need to do a lot of weight lifting. Thats what builds muscle. and if it doesn't look like muscle that's okay, just becuase some looks muscular doesn't mean there strong.
