Too short to ride a vespa?

I'm about 4 feet, 10 and a half inches.

The make doesn't have to be a vespa, it would just be a bonus if i could get one.

Also, what does cc mean when they give the information? (Yeah I know, probably a silly question. I haven't tried for the license yet, i want to make sure i have options before i bother)

Thank you in advance.

  1. The cc is a rating that relates the power of the engine. if you look at your local or state laws there are probably laws that require a certain cc rating for a scooter to be "Street Legal."  In  Oklahoma its a minimum of 150cc. You should go to a scooter store and try out scooters to see if you are tall enough to ride them, that way you can be certain before you buy one.

  2. you can ride a vespa. use shoes with thick heels.

cc in machines mean, cubic centimeters.
