i don't have a huge appetite and I only eat when I'm hungry. I also excercise a lot with vball and running. i know i'm a little too over cautious by asking this but i'm just curious. If i am 5 foot 6 inches and i weigh 114 lbs, do you think I should be eating more? I don't look too skinny or anything but I was reading in a magazine about over excersizing and under eating. I don't think I've crossed the line between dedication and obbsesion.
