I'm 16 yrs old and i weigh 82 pounds. people have called me a skeleton and anorexic and my friend even said today that I've got looks and curves, if only i didn't look so much like a skeleton. It really hurts to hear mean comments like these.. But i do eat alot, eat healthily and all, but I just cant seem to grow fatter. can anyone please help me? like give me advice on what to do..and by the way, i'm an asian, and although i've heard most asians are usually smaller sized..people still think im way too skinny..

  1. I&#039;m nearly 16, i&#039;m 5&quot;3 and about 86lbs...and i look soooo skinny, people are always commenting on that fact and i am absolutely sick of it, because i eat so much. Every two hours i get hungry(this is to do with my high metabolism meaning because i&#039;m burning food off VERY quickly, it also means i get hungrier quickly...and so the cycle continues). It&#039;s not very nice, especially as a teen to lack curves and be called anorexic all the time, it hurts a lot, especially from your own friends or family - but if there&#039;s one thing i&#039;ve learned, it&#039;s to IGNORE these people because while we are skinny, we can also eat whatever we want and in years to come will be the normal ones while they&#039;re struggling to lose weight.

    Don&#039;t worry.

    JUST SCOFF lots of food infront of everyone&#039;s faces and make them uber jealous x]

    And i think it&#039;s true that asians have naturally smaller frames, it&#039;s genetics hun, just don&#039;t worry about it :)

You didn&#039;t mention your height, that would play a big role in whether or not you need to gain.  I&#039;m guessing you are petite?  If you are under 5&#039;0 and eat normally, you will probably fill out in a couple of years.  Go see a doctor, you sound like you are fine, unless you are 5&quot;6 and not saying so, in which case, also talk to your doctor.

  3. What&#039;s your height?  

    You&#039;re going to need the help of a professional.  See your doctor.  I had a friend die in his mid 20s because he couldn&#039;t gain weight, no matter what he tried.

    Unless you&#039;re 4&#039; 7&quot; (140cm) or shorter, you are anorexic...

    If you&#039;re not too skinny, get some proof so you can put them nasty rumors to rest.

    yeah asian , especially chinese , tend to have a smaller size frame .

  6. Eat some more and exercise... If that&#039;s your natural build then just ignore what other people say, sometimes people get jealous if your small and want you to get fatter so they feel better about themselves.

    Have 3 meals a day and a snack and eat lots of complex carbs &amp; protein.

  7. depends how tall you are, if ur short then no, if your like 170cm+ then yes  

  8. Maybe you are a bit under weight, but you probably have a naturally fast metabolism. You could try building some muscle? Maybe join a gym or you could do some exercises at home e.g. push ups, crunches, or trampolining? Or a simple fast walk or a jog? Muscle will help you look more toned and not as skinny, but still healthy. Just remember to eat 3 meals a day and not to over do it. God bless, x x x x

  9. to oioio no, even if shes underweight that doesnt make her anorexic, she has to not eat when shes hungry, ec. so shutup! i&#039;d say see a doctor or someone to put you on a food plan... or eat like 5 mcdonalds hamburgers a day lol that will surely fatten you up:)
