There are a few crimes in britain today, commited by offenders "too young to convict"

discuss what you consider to be too young.

  1. "Too young to convict" is just liberal nonsense.

    If they are not too young to plan and do the crime, they are not too young to take the punishment for it.

    It makes no difference to the victims how young the offenders are. The result is the same.


  2. I've seen bad kids turned around by a different kind of educational system, http://www.summerhillschool.co.uk/. One should consider why kids commit crimes before making judgement.

  3. There was a couple of cases that I remember of child killers

    1. Jon Venables and Robert Thompson both aged 11 years were convicted of killing James Bulger aged just 2 years.

    2.Mary Bell and Norma Bell (not related) both 11 years  accused of killing Brian Howe aged 3 years and Martin Brown aged 4 years.

    What age a child is not held responsible is unclear. but my quess he or she would have to be younger than 11 years probably 5 or 6 years old.

  4. like 12 yrs old rapists. The law says they are not capable....ask the victims.
