Tooba rooba board game?

Does anyone remember this game. It was back in the mid-90's and it was made from tubes...you link them together around your body and put marbles inside to try and get the marbles out, you move your body...

the proper spelling is tuba ruba game.

It is EXTREMELY hard to find.  We do have one copy available on our website.
