Took a standard IQ test, google wont simply tell me what my score indicates specifically...?

I got a 138. I know its considered higher, but is it alot higher or a little or what? I'm just curious and lazy. Also, is this number likely to deviate with time?

Well, back when I was in college, in the early 90's...This was the general rules, if my memory serves me right:

74 or below = mentally challenged

85 - 115 = normal range

135 +  = genius

the average is between 95- 105 ..

but do not take any IQ test to seriously as they are not a true indication of any persons to intelligence ,they are all interpretable and derive form the schooling of the people who implement them,i have done a few from a few different sources and i have scored 98 in my lowest one and 165 in the highest so, i question the true accuracy of the systems designed for  rating them
