  1. Well..it may happen to some I guess.  You are not a vegetarian if you took a bite of chicken.

  2. Yeah, because you aren't used to it and it probably is a sign that you should stay a vegetarian.

  3. I know what you mean. I've been "raw" for 30 days now and have never felt so alive! My boyfriend however is still a carnivore. So, I still cook meat for him to consume. Every time I cook it, it looks disgusting and lifeless(because it is). But he just devours it. ick!

  4. I wonder why you ate the chicken.  Vegetarians don't eat chicken, so you sure are new.  As of the moment you ate the chicken you were not a vegetarian anymore.  Now you have to start all over again.

Next time you think of eating meat, go to www.meat.org.

It's good that you spit it out, I just can't imagine why you would put that in your mouth in the first place.

  5. It varies between people. And if you've been eating meat analogues as a veggie, I would think you're probably less likely to have any violent reaction.

But stick with veggie, please! You can do it.

  6. Oooooh! The vegagod was punishing you! Now you must say three Hail Marys and do 100 pushups!

And don't waste any more good chicken. The starving children in Darfur would love to have it!

  7. Yes.I have been a vegan since i was 12 years old I am 18 years old now.2-3 months ago I tried to eat a regular cheese pizza because i was at a pizza party for a friend's birthday and i had a bite and had to throw up.

  8. Yes this happens when you don't eat anything for awhile. I'm a vegan and nowadays when i smell or even look at chicken (or any meat) in makes me sick to my stomach. meat really isn't natural for humans to eat (don't yell at me anyone it's just my opinion) so maybe that has something to do with it

  9. No, but just the idea of taking a bite of meat now disgusts me. I haven't been vegetarian for a year yet, but I'm now vegan.

I had a piece of pizza on a road trip because there wasn't anything vegan at the restaurant we were at, though, and it made me sick. I've only been vegan for a couple months.

Your body adjusts very fast--it knows what you're giving it now is healthier, and purer!

  10. I don't really know because when I went vegetarian, I stopped taking bites of meat.

  11. I would think so. When I try to visualize eating meat I can't, I have a complete aversion to it. The smell doesn't help either...

  12. I was going to say NOOOOOOOOO! But I read the whole question and am totally happy for you.

Ithough about what it would be like to just take a bite of meat for experemental reasons, but I would feel dirty and bad.

Well done, keep it up. :)
