Took semester off, health insurance?

Ok I took a semester off of college and I was on my parents health insurance which is Blue Cross, Blue shield. I plan on going back to school in the fall but am I still under my parent's insurance?? I have received no letters telling me that they canceled me. I have an appointment at the dermatologists on April 25th.

Best bet would be to ask the insurance. Usually, they ask for confirmation of credits once a year. They may ask for confirmation when they receive your bill from the dermatologist.

You didn't say how old you are, but, it wouldn't hurt to call the insurer or the agent for BCBS. It may be different in each State.
