Took video on my power shot a550 Cannon in compact mode video quality is bad how can i fix?

How can I fix video now that is download on my PC

There are software programs you can use that will allow you to upscale the video and apply filters to deal with things like noise, sharpening and blockiness, but this approach this has its limitations. As Petra_au said, if you're starting with a source video that is such a low resolution, even this approach will not yield much benefit, if any. If you're interested in playing around, I use the freeware VirtualDub to process my videos (http://www.virtualdub.org/), but don't expect much with that particular video file.

It Was Recorded In Bad Quality..

Highest They Can GO..

Just, when you record again, make sure the settings are not on the lowest, because it will look bad. oh, and you can't correct the quality, you just have to manipulate the quality that you record in to begin with.

You cannot improve the quality of such a low resolution movie once it's been recorded. The compact video quality is recorded at only 160x120 @ 15fps.

Sorry, but you will just have to learn from your mistake and make sure that in future, you always record in the highest quality available  (640x480 @ 30fps).
