Toolbars disappeared want to add back on?

I had Ebay, Google on my homepage and they have disappeared

move your mouse up near the top of the screen but not into the blue stripe and right click,  all your choices  should be right there

Click on View, then Toolbars. Put a checkmark by the ones you want to see and at the bottom, click on Lock the Toolbars.
