On toontown.com, I made an account (not membership, YET) and everytime I try to log on, it brings me to this page where a yellow bar comes at the top on my screen and says "Install ActiveX"
I right click it, click on "Install ActiveX" but it just brings me right back to the toontown.com home page. then I press play AGAIN and the same thing happens.
