Tooth ache due in less then one week what can I do.?

Get it taken care of NOW!  You are in your 3rd trimester and dental work is safe at this point.  You just may be a little uncomfortable in the chair.  

After that baby comes, its going to be harder for you to get into a dentist to have your tooth taken care of.  And as a previous poster noted, you don't want that kind of pain on top of laboring!

This makes no sense at all. Sorry.  I did not know that you could schedule a tooth ache.  I would suggest not going to the tooth ache appointment.

Go ahead and get it taken care of, you do not want an abscessed tooth while in labor, trust me on that one, it happened to one of the assistants in my office.
