Tooth growing out ????????

I have a tooth growing out on top of another and I haven't lost all my baby tooth yet . What is this called ? What can I do ? Btw the bottom tooth is still a baby tooth . HELP please with answers !

its called a snaggle tooth. your dentist will probably have to pull the baby tooth. and other teeth can have this, so try pulling out all your baby teeth.
