Tooth hurts when running....

Question

my upper tooth on the side of my mouth - im pretty sure it has a filling - it never gives me trouble except when im running. It doesnt hurt a lot its like the tooth feels uncomfortable to mild pain. Is it just the running that makes it weird? or is it getting a cavity?

I had that same problem years ago.  After a few days it settled down and it was fine.
