Tooth paste?

Help witch tooth paste is best to use.

All fluoridated toothpaste is pretty much the same.  Sodium lauryl sulfate is a soap used as a toothbrush bristle lubricant.  Other toothpastes have things like Triclosan which is a potent wide spectrum antibacterial and antifungal agent.  Other toothpastes have peroxide and baking soda which don't do anything except alter the taste.

Unless you have a favourite toothpaste because of the taste, I would use Colgate Total with Triclosan, or whatever FLUORIDATED toothpaste you can find on sale.

i say crest. plus they offer a variety of other products like morning and nighttime mouthwash, the strips for whitening and everything. plus i use it and my teeth are beautiful.
