I store my toothbrush in the medecin cabnet, recently it has had a strange taste to it. I tryed methods for washing it out but it hadn't got rid of the taste. It even has caused me bad breath on the back of my tounge(smelly tang taste).:( So I tryed buying a new toothbrush but it did the same thing (tasted funny, makes stinky breath ). Where should I store my tooth brush so this won't happen? Iv'e never been a person with bad breath problems, why could it be doing this? And how can I get rid of the smell on my tounge?

  1. For my toothbrush, i just place it in an old jelly jar... not the plastic kind though. Just get like an old cup or something to place it in, and that should work fine. For the smell on your tongue just use mouthwash and continue to brush everyday and it should go away soon.

  2. Buy one of the Colgate toothbrushes that have the tongue cleaner on it. You should try going to a local dollar store or walmart/target/etc. and they usually sell some sort of plastic case that is used for when you travel but I would try that. If the bad breath doesn't go away I would call your dentist.

  3. I dont think its the brush, it can be your tongue or your mouth. Get checked up with the dentist.
