Ok i have been getting white marks on my teeth & the dentist said it was damaged tooth enamel. So, i went out and bought a toothpaste which supposedly 'strengthens tooth enamel'.

When i got it home i realised it said for sensitive teeth

Is this safe to use?

although i dont have sensitive teeth

  1. fluoridated tooth paste can strengthen enamel to some extent. Desensitizing tooth paste is used for worn out teeth, to decrease sensitivity. There is no problem if you use this tooth paste.

  2. yup, perfectly fine... =)
