Im not sure about 10 but forget all the enlish parks, they are not in the same league as the best park in the world Cedar Point and followed by the whole chain of six flag park's.

P.S The english parks arn't that bad though, my personal favourite being Thorpe Park.

Genting Highland Resort and Amusement Park. Not the world best but it is the cooling environment welcomes by all visitors around the world. Genting Highlands (1700m above sea level 3°24′6.51″N, 101°46′2.62″E) is a mountain peak within the Titiwangsa Mountains on the border between the states of Pahang and Selangor of Malaysia.

Genting Highlands enjoys a cool climate, with temperatures no higher than 25°C and rarely falling below 14°C yearly.

3. busch gardens williamsburg...super clean park.  it's got lots of trees, so even when it's hot, it doesn't feel that bad!

4.universal studios... islands of adventure.  lots to do for every age group

5. kings island...again, lots to do for every age plus a water park.

6. holiday world... super clean, free drinks, great coasters (2 of the top rated wooden coasters), awesome water park.

the number one is Cedar Point!!!!! in Ohio!!...it was voted number one 7 yrs in a row!!!
