The listing is according to legend, not logic.

1. I dont care how big Marciano's legend is, there is no way he, at 178 lbs, hit harder than either Lennox Lewis or Vitali Klitschko, who both had functional boxing weights of 235-245 respectively. He definitely had more wind, but not more power. He fought smaller boxers, not the goliaths they have now.

2. I love Ernie Shavers, but no way would I put him above George Foreman in strength, no way no how. Anyone who watched Foreman bounce Frazier off the floor like a spring should know how hard he hit.

3. No disrespect intended, but Frazier shouldnt even be on the list. Vladamir Klitchko and Lennox Lewis could fill either his spot (higher on the list) just below Max Baer, which would knock him off it.

People will have their opinions and I commend you for having the guts to extend yourself in compiling this list.  I might change the last 4 but I can agree with you to a degree.  

I certainly agree with 1 - 3.  I would have Joe Louis, Razor Ruddock and Lennox Lewis.  Pound for pound Rocky is a harder puncher than anyone.  However, all hvt. are not the same size.
