Puerto Rico’s Hector Soto ranks third behind Mikko Oivanen of Finland with 69 points (17.25). Puerto Rico qualified for the FIVB World League for the first time but team has been down with bad results so far. The captain of the Puerto Rican team, Hector
Soto has put up a valiant effort but his team has not been able to benefit from his impressive strike.
