Top 10 ways to make NASCAR's all star race more exciting?

10-For once, hold the race on a short track.

9-Every time there's a caution, the flagman does a shot of tequila.

8-Second segment of the event features figure-eight racing.

7-Mandatory green-white-checkered finish.

6-Race leader sent to tail end of lead lap cars whenever caution flag appears.

5-Fan vote determines how many tires each team may change during pit stops.

4-Turns 1 and 2: asphalt, turns 3 and 4:dirt.

3-Contact between crew chief and driver during race must be done via text messaging.

2-24 teams, 1 pit stall.

1-Night race. No lights.

Extra prize money for things like most improved position and fastest lap.  Now that would promote passing and hard racing instead of follow the leader.

A serious answer since the race lacked action especially for a race that means nothing.  I wanted to see them go all out and take some chances.

I like the short track too.

#9.2- every time there's a caution drivers must take a shot of tequilla.

#11 - rear view and side view mirrors taken off the cars  

#12 - every time a driver gets passed Nascar pushes a button that has a 5% chance for that car to drop a cylinder.
