1. Game 7 of the 2006 Western Conference Semi-Finals between the Dallas Mavericks and the San Antonio Spurs. I think the final score was 123-118 OT.

the Winona vs Barton championship has to be up there somewhere... The finish was ridiculous, with one guy really taking over at the end down 7 with 45 seconds to play.

Duke vs. Kentucky, Regional Final (Elite 8), 1992 NCAA Tournament.  This is the famous Christian Laettner buzzer beater game.  I think there were something like four lead changes in the final minute, and two in the final 3 seconds.  Unreal.

I'm sure there are a lot of other games, but this is the one game that everyone mentions when they are asked about the greatest basketball games in history.
