Carter is skilled and reads play like a d**n book

Hernandez was stunning in the world cup

James led the springboks to victory, he played solid rugby with a great defense

I agree with Carter and Hernandez but i don't think James is anything special.

James could really easily be replaced by Larkam, Michalac, or O'Gara (although he hasn't done much recently)

I think the 3rd is extremely hard to call.

But defiantly the 1st and 2nd positions you've got spot on

Scary thing is the next few best  (In my opinion) are mostly New Zealanders, Nick Evens, Stephen Brett and  Luke Donald, so no worries for the All blacks with the flyhalf position

1)  Carter - Kind of goes without saying

2)  O'Gara - Been great for Munster this season, kicking game   has no equal

3) Big toss up between Hook and Cipriani, I can't decide.
