  3. 1. Masa - Every piece is prepared by Masayoshi Takayama himself.  Fish is flown in daily from Japan.  If price is no object, go here - $400 dollars per person with no drinks!!

    2. Nobu - Trendy chain.  Very good sushi/japanese dishes.  I have been and recommend.

    3. BondSt - Similar to Nobu, but a little "cooler" at the moment.  I actually prefer the food at Nobu, but the atmosphere is better at Bond.

    4. Blue Ribbon Sushi - Never been, but it's highly regarded as one of the best in the city.

    5. Haru - I'm sure there are better, more expensive places, but for me this place has the best sushi for the money.  pretty cool space too (i've only been to the one on Wall st)

  4. i think todaii in k-town(korean town) in manhattan is pretty good... its a japanese sushi buffet
