Which teams would you change?

1. Giants (one of the best D-lines of all-time)

2. Chargers (best at forcing turnovers)

3. Colts (if Freeney and Sanders are healthy)

4. Vikings (secondary is still a question mark)

5. Steelers (need better pass-rushing linemen)

Steelers should be # 1.  Little people know that the Steelers were only a few plays from becoming statistically the best team in NFL history last year...

I made my choice based on stats in 2007.

This year....

1. San Diego - Young and healthy fast and brutal

2. Chicago - Lots of veterans and depth.

3. Seattle  - Quietly built a very solid all around defense.

4. Jacksonville - No stellar name on this roster just a group of guys that are better than average.

5. Minnesota - With Jared Allen taking some heat off the secondary and forcing QB's into mistakes this might just be the best defense in the NFL. You cant establish a run with the Williams Wall.

Pats. I think losing Asante Samuel will really hurt them. They already had a weak secondary and with the loss of him the lost their best corner.

San Diego has a very good pass rush can get to the QB quick and get INTs

Giants have a young and very quick sacking defensive with and without michael strahan

Tampa Bay cuz they killed New England even though they didn't have Tom Brady but they still did a good job tackling

Minnesota is at 4 and should be one but with they way they r playing right now to many yards r being given up on the ground

Pittsburgh they r doing okay i except better once troy comes back

they might not have good offense but their defense should be in the to 5

Top 5 defensive of teams of this upcoming season.

1. Eagles. The additon of Samuel has made this defense stronger. Brian Dawkins and Samuel with be a great team together.

2. Colts. Bob Sanders, Dwight Freeney. Do i have to say anything else. 2 of the strongest players in the NFL. Sanders is one of the best.

3. Patriots. Always have a strong defense nothing new here.

4. Chargers. Great defense always had a great one. Its the same as the Patriots nothing new here.

5. Seahawks. This year the Hawks will surprise people on defense with Lofa leading the way.
