not only been a constant attacking threat for the Rossoneri but he has also contributed a great deal in defending leads for the club. The legendary midfielder has scored some crucial strikes in his 30 appearances for the club and played a huge role in guiding
the club to win the Scudetto.

Third successive Milan player to appear on the list, Abbiati had his best season in a Milan jersey since joining the club. In spite of the top defenders missing in few games, the veteran dealt with the causalities rather calmly and pulled off some staggering
saves throughout the campaign. The Italian appeared in 35 of the club’s 38 league matches this season and kept 18 clean sheets throughout the campaign, conceding only 19 goals. His statistics in the season are far better than his other counterparts in the
Serie A.
