  1. 1 in Fine Arts= Tokyo University of Fine Arts

    Musashino college of arts

    there are some in other cities

    Kanazawa

    Kyoto

    nara

    There are others that now offer Mange, but the schools may not be highly rated

    the Ministry f Japan has recently started emphasizing "the Coolness of Japan" so there may be programs developing as I write.
