 bullshit, you should NEVER EVER EVER need to hand over money to an agency UNTIL you make money first. maybe pay for your headshots, but that should be done SEPARATELY from the agency with a reputable photographer specializing in headshots. remember, rule of thumb for a LEGITIMATE agent/agency: they don't get/make money until you do. check www.actra.com for a list of reputable, legit agencies in toronto.
