Top Up Tv Plus box freezing?

Question

I have a top up tv plus box made my Thomson it works great appar from one thing, evreytime i go to delete a programe it freezes and this means i cant delete any thing?

i have one,its the same thing with me,i just unplug it at the back,its a fing pain
