Top class resturant in the Manchester/Cheshire area?

Looking for somewhere to take my other half for her 21st Birthday in a couple of months. Price isn't a factor. There isn't a specific cuisine we're looking for but a nice selection of wine and fantastic food is a must! Thanks

  1. "The French" at the Midland Hotel is Michelin starred, the "Moss Nook" near the airport is also good.


  2. Try Stock in Manchester.

    Really good Italian

    Or the Market,in the Northern Quarter,classic French/British food

    Both very good

  3. Try the Yang Sing (China Town) - the food and surroundings are excellent and they'll design a banquet for you.

    or Stock in Manchester City Centre - italian - very good food

  4. TRY any of the places around Salford Quays/the Lowery Centre areas.

  6. Try Greens in Didsbury.  Its Simon Rimmers restaurant, and its reasonably priced.
