Three greyhounds to follow on November 4th
1, Boppin The Blues (NAP 8.02 Hove) – Has cost the locals down on the south-cast a fortune over the past few weeks. Twice being backed into favouritism just before the off, but twice failed to find a clear passage at the right time in his races to land a telling blow. This is a dog, however, with a brilliant profile which suggests that he is very much better than the grade (A8) he currently runs in, tonight should be the night he repays his followers.
2, Westmead Osprey (10.00 Henlow) – This certainly isn’t a price to get involved with if you’re looking for the get rich quick formula, but it’s hard to see the beaten favourite of the Henlow Derby getting beat tonight. Kerry Findley’s hound showed no ill effects from his poor show in last month’s final in a recent open race where he looked unstoppable, a repeat tonight and he will not be caught.
3, Glencarn Man (9.24 Hove) – It could be a wise move to get involved with the selection today as his odds will be inflated owing to the fact this will be his reappearance run following a hock injury. Has landed a plum draw against the rail and should lead up early. Hopefully his fitness will be good enough to get him home in front.
