Top-flite and callaway together now????

has anyone ever played or know someone that played the Top-flight d-2 irons,or the hybrid irons from them,let me know if these are good clubs.Im a 3 rd year player,with a set of master grip irons.wanting to be able to move up a notch .or should i stay away from this brand of irons

  1. Callaway purchased top Flite brands nearly 4 years ago now. As said before that also includes Hogan.

I would buy some used OEM clubs at a discount.  Callaway or Mizuno would be good.  I assume you want to get better?  Then you should play with clubs that you will have confidence in when you swing.  If you play with low end club or no name clubs, you will always wonder if it's you or the club.  Buy some used OEM irons off ebay and experiment.  There's so much out there.  I've bought and sold numerous sets of irons on ebay.   I like to experiment to see which ones I like best.  So far I have not found THE irons.  There in lies the problem.  Good Luck.

  3. That sounds pretty good for you. Yes Callaway is Top Flite and Ben Hogan, has been for quite a long time.

    ben hogan, top flight, and odyssey are all part of callaway golf

    just the same as taylormade is adidas and maxfli
